FABRICATION SERVICES
AL TAMIMI has the best in class workshop facility associated with SAFAMI Saudi Arabia. Our strategic associate for FABRICATION, DESIGNING, MANUFACTURING was initiated to fulfill the diversifying needs of the construction division.
STRUCTURAL FABRICATION
Our engineering & design department produces design calculations detailed fabrication and erection drawings utilizing the latest computer aided technology. From clients supplied input data, our compress design and CAD systems enable us to manufacture to the exact specification. In addition every inquiry undergoes a thorough documented review by our engineering,quality assurance & control and production departments to ensure all customer specified requirements can be met.
This also identifies differences of contract anomalies,which can then be addressed and resolved with the client at an early stage, preventing possible costly delays later. We fully appreciate the need for urgency and offer a prompt reliable service, from initial inquiry right through to delivery of materials on site. Design & development, detailed engineering, manufacture and supply of pressure vessels, Refinery piping & power piping, heat exchanger-air cooled, shell & tube, metering skids, structural steel for oil and gas industries, desalination projects. Manufacture and supply of cement lines fittings, storage tanks, structural and miscellaneous works relent codes/standards and client requirements for power plants process and industry sectors.

We have undergone successful reviews by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers/ National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors for the Design,Manufacture, Assembly, Repair & Alterations of Boiler & Pressure Vessels & other Pressure retaining items in accordance with the requirements of ASME code and hold the “U” and “S” (Stamps) Certification of authorization.
